ROBERT S. LEVY is the senior partner and managing attorney of the firm. Mr. Levy is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He has over thirty years of experience representing creditors in collection matters, and has held leadership positions in local and national creditors' rights organizations and is the author of numerous articles about law office technology. He is currently serving on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Law League of America, the largest and oldest creditor's rights organization in the country, and is a past Chair of the Creditor's Rights Section. Mr. Levy is also President of the Commercial Law Foundation. In addition, Mr. Levy is an officer and past Chair of the Commercial Lawyers Conference of New York, and a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.

ALAN L. FINKEL is a partner of the firm, and has been a practicing attorney since 1984, receiving his Juris Doctor from Touro Law School, and also a Master's Degree in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Finkel is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut, and is also a certified mediator, and has mediated over eight hundred marital dissolutions. Mr. Finkel is the founder of the Divorce Mediation Center, appears regularly on television and in radio as an expert in matrimonial and family law, and is currently the host of his own radio show, Talkin' Divorce on AM Radio 540, every Thursday at 9:00 pm.

TIMOTHY WAN was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2001, when he contemporaneously joined our firm, after graduating from Brooklyn Law School for his Juris Doctor, and from Vassar College with a double B.A. in Political Science and Theatre in 1997. Predominantly managing our day-to-day commercial litigation and consumer collection practice, Mr. Wan also spearheads our practice in the area of entertainment law, music law, copyright, and intellectual property. Mr. Wan is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts, as well as being an active member in the Young Members's Section of the Commercial Law League of America, and a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.

PRAGNA PARIKH graduated from New York University in 1997 with a degree in Political Science. Ms. Parikh subsequently graduated from New York Law School in 2001, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in December 2002. Ms. Parikh is proficient and well-versed with the inner workings of the Court system, and can be found arguing motions in Courts all over New York.

JANEEN M. HOWARTH graduated summa cum laude and co-salutatorian from Touro Law School in December 2000 as a Dean's Fellow and recipient of the West Publishing Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award. She holds a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Howarth represented various insurance companies as defense counsel in no-fault litigation.

ADAM B. SPEREGEN graduated from New York Law School in 1993, and now practices in our civil collections and real estate departments.  Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Speregen amassed extensive experience in the fields of tax lien and bank foreclosure, as well as landlord/tenant litigation and real estate transactions. A graduate of SUNY Binghamton with a B.A. in Psychology, he is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts.

ROBERT H. MONTEFUSCO graduated Cum Laude from Touro Law School in 1997, a recipient of the American Excellence Award for Family Law and Evidence, and was a member on the Dean's List and Law Review. After serving over four years with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Montefusco has been appointed to the Assigned Counsel Defender Plan of Suffolk County, Felony Panel. He is an experienced and skilled trial attorney, who is of counsel to the firm in the criminal law department.
